Pleased to be able to submit the first English review, and thanks to other French reviewers for listing this Restaurant.My wife and I were visiting Tarbes last Sunday morning for what we thought was an antique fair, not so, we had the dates wrong.I had done my research the previous evening in trying to find somewhere for lunch outside the city. My wife was hoping for 'a terrace with nice mountain views', the Auberge however is situated on a quite busy crossroads with a good view of the car park.The day was gloriously sunny and we did sit on a patio.The food however made up for the disappointment re location. The owner/chef certainly prepares some different dishes than the standard local fare...

lunch with friends. The boss and her children are very welcoming!I have been enjoying myself with the poached eggs with blue cream and sombrun asparagus (I am vegetarian). My friends found the coast in excellent bone! wine was also very good. the small plus, the chimney that warms the room!We then took digestives at the bar to prolong this very good evening. I recommend it warmly!

very good reception, lunch on the terrace with a bit of negligent, bad smell by moment!, damaging because the menu has 27th is well: eggs poached to the creme to the blue, trout to the guacamole, calfskin and well cooked, well-kept veal,tiramisu house very good fatty,seules the frites

a kitchen at the height of the reception of the local masters. warm, friendly and generous. It's in the plate. a menu at 27€ to make jealousy pass many restaurants! special mention for eggs blue cream calves! A tubing! and home desserts, it's worth noting. Reserva una mesa ahora

a lunch with friends totally improvised, and one discovers an establishment at the warm welcome. a very good lunch with a nice quality of products and kitchen.A very good time at the corner of the fireplace. A table that I recommend the eyes closed.

excellent reception! sublime cooking the poached egg with blue cream is cooked harmoniously, the farmer pig trendy soft, and tuna tartare is a festival: we will return back
