We discovered this address a little by chance, located not very far from our home and since we return to it regularly, even today, no longer living in the area as soon as we go back there it is a mandatory stopover.Patricia and stone we concoct small dishes with flavors of the moment because they only cook with fresh products of the region, they work a lot live from local producers what we particularly appreciate. It's better to book for a place on the terrace because it's not very big but it's really worth it. local cuisine, but not only prepared with local products (max 100 km) and a lot of talent. The muddy is excellent. the wine list is simple but the choice is interesting with beautiful decouverts like the wines of the guilhem family in malvies in the audium. a pity that there is no gaillac proposed since the hostel favors local products. The welcome is warm. We feel good and we want to come back. very nice stop in the lauragais

in a village off the road, a delicious place with a perfectly executed terroir cuisine, very tasteful. very good foie gras, cassoulet, lost bread and apple crispy. very good country wine whose knowledge is controlled by the host. reception of the most friendly. It's worth the way out!
