Auberge De St Germain Du Crioult

I was given a voucher for a meal at the Auberge de St Germain du Crioult for my 70th birthday. It was a fabulous gift because the food and atmosphere at the Auberge was so good. We commenced with crab in asparagus sauce followed by andouille encroute salmon prawn, Then duck in sauce sea bass, choice of cheeses from the cheese board (8 cheeses to choose from) Crispy Pont L'eveque in apple, finally we ended with vanilla mouse with strawberries soft chocolate gateau with strawberries. We both chose opposite dishes as we could then view and taste each of the chef's recommendations That was worthwhile... what a delicious menu , a very special evening ...le repas Merveilleux!!!!

the dishes are good but the question of the waitresses is very medium. I didn't like it: push yourself out while we were paying. There are ways to talk. a please and thank you is not too much requested I think.

We had a nice evening. home cooking, taste and cooking mastered. the beautifully presented one of the best tables of Norman Swiss

Christmas food to take away was excellent. never disappointed, always very good and fresh. I highly recommend!
