We took a Lentillage in the confit, a balance neither too fat, nor too salted a delight. The proportions are perfect For the accompaniment we asked for help, I preferred a stronger wine in tannin a Madiran , it was excellent , my companion not enjoying too much red wine he loved Then a Gersoise Croustade and a Mogaro Glace nougat Cocktail ,Chocolat , Orange and liqueur A Excellent dinner

We do not regret our totally unforeseen discovery: an extra cassoulet (beans cooked in an excellent broth with couennes), stuffed cabbage sarladaise potatoes, and really delicious desserts. All accompanied by comments from the owners on the dishes and products for sale at the shop and in particular a collection of armagnacs to breathtaking! A piece of gersish paradise!

Warm frame, very good products. I particularly enjoyed the plate of fine pasta! Well decorated and clean toilets. Patron very attentive to his clients. Boutique de produits régionaux gersois. Nice address.
