My dad and I are Americans who visited Disneyland Paris in July 2013. We were on a 3 week trip to Europe and loved eating local, authentic cuisine everywhere we went, and we knew we would only find Americanized food while visiting the Disney parks outside of Paris. So, I carefully researched restaurants in the area outside of Disneyland so that we could have a good French meal instead of theme park cuisine. We selected Auberge des Charmettes and I made reservations by email in advance. The owner was very kind answering my questions by email and confirming our reservation. I have had lunch here 3 times and want to share information about this little gem with you, which is not far from Disneyland. Their menu is extensive, covering far more than would a traditional auberge: everything from meat dishes to fish and seafood is offered. Their wine list is extensive and representative of France as a whole. The staff are incredibly friendly, most of them speak English and are happy to assist you. And their deserts are irresistable! They accept USA credit cards.
Went to l'Auberge des Charmettes for my Dad's birthday after seeing all the great reviews online and was absolutely blown away by the food. Every dish was delicious and the staff was very attentive and knowledgeable. Have been visiting Torcy for years and never knew this place existed. I will no doubt go back again, especially as prices are very reasonable - 40 euros for a four - course meal.
We were a group of 16 (8 adults, 6 kids aged 4-8, and 2 babies). We had booked in advance and they had laid out 2 tables next to each other. The staff were very welcoming and attentive throughout the meal. The food was great. The small garden out back provided room for the kids to get rid of some energy whilst not disturbing other diners allowing the adults to enjoy a relaxing meal.

We turned up on a Friday evening without a reservation and were made very welcome. Our waiter Andre and waitress named Shirley were so good with our kids. The food and wine splendid and much better than anything on offer at Disneyland, why would you not eat here? Go for it, you will enjoy it.
I was in Paris for my honeymoon, and we were looking for an authentic French restaurant to end our week since we were so tired of the same types of food
Very warm welcome, service neither too fast, nor too slow, just as it takes, excellent cuisine and beautiful presentation, we loved!!!
Good restaurant with indoor and outdoor tables, good service ,parking area and friendly staff. Real french and good prices.
