between vernon and evreux, in the valley of the eure this charming hostel welcomes you without chichis in a setting where blends harmoniously the old and modern. the staff is pleasant as well as the service. for the menu or menus, there is something to satisfy all tastes. The cuisine is from my point of view of very good quality and without qualifying it as gastronomical is often sought, see surprising because unusual, we are not in a road (although some would deserve a better qualification)!, but in a restaurant worthy of this name because we do not have lunch "as at home" ! the card is regularly revisited, the rates are very reasonable. short we go there quite often without being tired. A stop to be recommended for the visitors of the valley of the eur, it's all next to pacy. I forgot, the wines are pleasant and affordable, even those offered for glass.

for this particular day, a single menu but really at the top. in foie gras (excellent) and marinated salmon (smoelleous and seasoned just what it takes), perfect cooking of the merlu chorizo sauce and what to say of the tile on dessert... a pure wonder. add to this the reception and an irreproachable service. brief an address to be retained.
