A simple hostel. A rather limited menu in which we find some constants, salmon smoked by the boss (in season), frog thighs (superbs, but we have to order in advance), rougail sausages and dishes that vary each week (including a vegan) to the market greed. Dinner with my friend Helena in early July. A warm welcome, discreet but very effective presence. High quality products: simplicity, taste, sense of presentation.
