Auberge Du Forgeron

We took advantage of a good gift to resound the experience of the Auberge du Forgeron that we had already tested last year in September. A 4-stroke ride, caviar of lentils, carpaccio Saint-Jacques, pig breast cooked for 17h, perfect chicory glazed speculos. The potiron cappuccino served in mouth amuse was simply delicious to redo at home if possible! ( Chef’s secret: curry, orange juice and coconut milk). Flips the eye of successful caviar, a true talent for seasonings, associations like the saint-jacques mango passion, the purée carottes-ananas... a conductive line throughout the meal around spices... Little disappointments as to sweetness, a perfect so glazed that it was difficult to "cut"...

Always very good cuisine but I was surprised not to have the detailed description of the wines unlike usual. Chance for me: the table next door had the right. So I could have the more technical side of the wines served in accordance with my Plaisir menu in 6 times. Overall, in addition to the kitchen, we were disappointed with previous services...

What a great discovery for our 1st gourmet restaurant!! A feast from beginning to end, an explosion of flavors, wonderful discoveries! We are delighted to have celebrated our seven years of marriage in this place! The service is perfect, the dishes and wines are explained in the slightest detail!

Very good place. We were very welcome. The place is quiet, the room was beautiful, clean. We were able to dine in their bistro party, where we enjoyed ourselves and where the employees were very nice. Breakfast was also very good. I strongly recommend this place! Reserva una mesa ahora

We ate very well in the bistro part, the dishes are delicious, full of flavors. The products look fresh. A varied map and reasonable prices. Friendly service, I am delighted to have chosen this restaurant for my birthday, we have had a very good evening thanks!

3rd time we return my wife and I even to this establishment and we spend each time a pleasant moment. The service is impeccable, the dishes are succulent and the pleasant place. We made the bistro part twice and once the gastronomic part.
