we took the menu of the experience in 8 dishes: a feast. The dishes are delicious and fine. the liquid nitrogen mantle through the carpaccio of langoustins, mother-of-pearl egg, girolles and foie gras. delicious. the warm service is assured by the sommelier who is also very good advice. In short, we recommend a very good time.
