We ate at the Blacksmith's Inn this family lunch for the Mother's Day. We were disappointed from the beginning to the end....A single menu of the Mother's Day can't take on the map....Apéro: we took virgin mojito, a piece of blue plastic in my son's glass, we signal it to the waitress who answers that it must come from the mint. no excuse or commercial gesture(. No proposal to have another mouth amuse: one of the mouth amuses was present in an egg shell rated 3. So he's got hens raised in a cage! While these same eggs are no longer allowed for sale in supermarket!!!!Entered: carpaccio of gambas, covered with a mixture of carrots and a juice that masked the taste of gambas, carpaccio, very cold, frozen limit. Dessert: the desert oscillated between a very cold cream and a foam at room temperature, leaving to think of a dish that had just been defrosted....Without forgetting an air conditioning that was extinguished by the sommelier at the beginning of the meal while it makes 32 degrees outside....We were happy to have a table, but we will not return there. We paid 234 euros to 4, for the menu with 1 entry, an aperitif without alcohol each, 2 bottles of water and no coffee.

June 2016, in search of a place for our wedding scheduled in September 2017, we are in the large hall of the hostel. To see the eyes of my sweet shining, it is chosen, we will celebrate our union at the Inn of the Forgeron.January 2017, we offer to my parents, who do not have the habit of this kind of place, a meal "the eyes closed". It's all there. the qualities of the served dishes, the service, the presentation of the dishes, the passage of mr belot. Top.Then, April 2017, it's my fiancée's parents' turn. conquered by the charm of the place, we pass to the tasting of the wedding menu. that's exactly what we wanted, despite a very slight brush removal on the chosen menu. Nothing serious. imagining the number of customers that mr belot must see pass per year, it is normal that a small reminder of the details can be made. we have 2 or 3 rdv left before the day j. we are looking forward, and I put a provisional 4*, which will probably turn into 5* ;-)
