Auberge du Pfaffenschlick

We fell by chance on this inn.... very good dish of the day on the sunny terrace ....but the summum was this charming lady who welcomed us and served us!!! It's Colette and she's TOP!! A rare kindness and helpfulness of today!!! And it's for her that we'll come back one day! Our little girl works in Limbach, so it will happen again...... although it's a little far from Saverne!! Thanks to Colette for leaving us such a good memory

Cette auberge est joliment décorée et l'environnement est pittoresque. Les plats sont bons et bien servis. La sauce de l'escalope de veau, à la crème et aux champignons est délicieuse. Les rognons à la moutarde merveilleux. Les spaetzeles sont dorés au beurre. La tarte rhubarbe meringuée et le tartare mangue/ananas sont excellents. C'est un peu cher, mais cela vaut vraiment le détour.

Very beautiful, really a style and a warm atmosphere. Besides not too much world (even on Saturday night), nor embarrassing background music. The kitchen is solid and French. Nothing to say, prices are correct and quality at the top. Only point: it was a little cold... In summary: my favorite restaurant around the corner. A secret address to honor your wife!

Dans la forêt des Vosges du nord, cette auberge est au centre des sentiers de randonnées.Cadre "chasse", menu et carte de cuisine traditionnelle et locale, très bons produits servis copieusement.Service très agréable et sans reproche.Allez y, je conseille fortement. Reserva una mesa ahora

So kommt es einem vor, wenn man die Hallen betritt. Ein riesiger Kamin am Ende. Mutti kontrolliert, daß ihre Söhne alles richtig machen. Allerdings nicht unbedingt eine kulinarische Offenbarung, Aber ein gutes Essen zu fairen Preisen.
