The flambée pie that was shared during the aperitif/entrance was good, well supplied, even if the dough was too thick. Not the best ones we ate, a contrario of the local boss's words. We had a good time with family. The flames are delicious, the homemade dough is excellent. The spaetzle are good, and the wine tourte has been very appreciated. We tasted the gray pinot that rained us a lot. Only small flat, the service is long. But the family atmosphere makes us forget this little inconvenience
Despite our last minute reservation, we were warmly welcomed by Josiane! An authentic Alsatian cuisine made home. An excellent family meal in a friendly atmosphere. We, the newcomers, were integrated immediately. An excellent meal accompanied by organic wines; we highly recommend the Auberge du Ried!

very pleasant hostel, warm welcome, excellent cuisine, everything is homemade, the best flambées pies of the region, quals liver, evaporated, gratin of cheese, wonderful delights etc.
Very good time in this hostel. Fleischnacke famous Alsatian specialty) made home by the chef of trade. All with organic wine from the family estate. Enjoy true chocolate: to fall!
