before we settled at our table, we were visited the kitchen which is a bread oven, where different meats, teurgoule and bread were cooked. It is necessary to warn a few days before it meats we want (canard, chicken, calf,...)The accompaniment was a gratin of potato. The dessert was really good, a real teurgoule served in a large sun.
