A breeze of a meal. The 5 courses went flawlessly despite special requests from us. We loved all the tiny details and the fact that everything is local or sourced from responsible high quality small businesses. The wine list was on point and we received nice advice from the somm. If you're around and not going, you're definitely missing out. My only hope is that it doesn't become too popular so that I can still get a table there when I'm around.

We came for the first time 3 weeks after reopening and can’t stop coming back again. Louis Festa the Chef is a brilliant young chef who changed and adds new dishes to the menu on a daily bases. Every bite is a celebration and every time he uprises himself with new creations. The stuff is professional and attentive, the atmosphere pleasant and the wine list excellent. This place is the optimal escapism and a real heaven for food lovers.

Arriving from Canada to discover France and its gastronomy, we went to Les Singuliers for dinner. We opted for the 5-course menu and the wine and food pairing. The chef takes great care to ensure that the plates look their best. We discovered modern, local and absolutely delicious cuisine. We were warmly welcomed and served by a young, and attentive team. The restaurant is a rare gem in the region! Bravo and success for the future!

Michelin star level of experience. Excellent service, wine pairing, creative menu (we took a five course meal) all based on seasonal and regional products. The venue is also cozy. In short we loved our dining and wish this young couple all the success they deserve.

What a wonderful evening! The food was incredible and the service was exceptional. I wish we lived nearer (we are from the UK) we would definitely visit again and again! Thank you Louis and the team for such a memorable evening.
