The hostel was recommended by the hotel receptionist. The room was full and then we figured out why. The welcome is warm, professional and smiling. The foie gras perfectly prepared and seasoned. Then serious things started. The maquignon board, with a tab of 300 grams absolutely delicious, accompanied by a truffle and a slice of saint nectaire was of very high level. Salmon with a perfect homardine sauce. A great time with friends. If you're around, don't hesitate. If you are further, make a detour you will not be disappointed. Bravo to the whole team. Keep going.
On a professional trip, we arrived my colleague and I at the Petit Mas hostel to make our day-end meal. Detent approved at 12000%. The map is good, the trou auvergnat and this ultra tasty verveine alcohol (I am archi fan). The warm welcome, the atypical setting, reasonable prices. What a wonderful moment! What more? Well... to go back out there! Merciiiii
Back from the South...albed by barbecue... But from the downhill this mas made us deviate... a very nice surprise! A very helpful and smiling lady advised us on the dishes that have feasted on us! An incredibly melting meat! Unknown and appreciated vichy candy ice! Thank you for this little suspended moment as we love them!
