pleasant and user-friendly frame without excessive "chichichi". a map with lots of suggestions of rather original dishes, all or almost inspired by Alsatian cuisine. the choice was difficult to make, and we finally opted for a blue salmon cord (yes yes and we were not disappointed! the gourmet coffee, dessert was perfect. We will necessarily come back to test other specialities that this restaurant offers.
The welcome, the frame, the service is always very good at the hops but while saying frog thighs... I love them, they are really exceptional and they are among the best I could taste. My wife was also delighted with her fresh and smoky blue salmon cord. a floating island home and a carlotte with pear and chocolate definitely made us spend an excellent time and we will return to it very quickly...
