recommended by richard of maison de plumes for nights he does not cook. there was little more than steak and chips on the menu, but several alternative sauces offered the variety. the steak was always tender and cooked on request. the chips were only. the fön can do crispy, not greasy and very tasty. the responsible lady (thanks) spoke something English. the others do not know what led to a very amusing discussion, neither side know what was discussed by the other. it's not a place for gastronauts, it's a tempo for people who like france and the French, summarize in a word friendly.

Local bar/tabac/brasserie that serves simple but well cooked food. The menu is essentially eggs/sausages/steaks plus chips with a choice of sauces but cooked well and with well dressed side salads. Prices are extremely reasonable and the owners do their best to work with English guests...with schoolboy French skills! Sophisticated metropolitan types will feel it's not their kind of place but, to be honest, the food was great if what you want is a good steak and chips!

A small bar with restaurant and takeaway attached. Open weekends only. A bit like an English pub but with better wine! The hostess (Agnes) is very friendly and helpful. The menu is in French but Agnes will help you with some English translations. You can...be assured of a friendly welcome.

really enjoyed a meal and few drinks here, also as vegetarian on a menu of steak and more steak, they made me a beautiful salatburger, which was actually quite delicious. beautiful hostess, very welcoming and all natives are very sweet...zu!

Had a lovely dinner here, it was very cheap and the hosts were lovely and very accommodating. Definitely recommend for a village feel quiet restaurant.
