Auberge Lugano - Reservar una mesa

On a day trip to Lugano, found this restaurant in Lugano on Corso Enrico Pestologgi, not too far from the lake front. Was not too busy as we arrived just before lunch was beginning to be served. Interesting menu and it changes almost weekly depending on seasonal offerings. Has outdoor seating which is very pleasant apart from the odd insects flying about in early Autumn. Service was quite efficient and friendly with the staff happy to explain the menu options. Food was very good and appreciated that serving sizes were not too large. Would recommend and return next time we are in Lugano.

Fabulous and inventive food! Great service and a wonderful chef/owner who is devoting his life to making this place special. Italian style but not your typical Lugano Italian. Very special and inventive. It's pricey but really compares well with the other good restaurants in Lugano. Menu changes every two weeks. We ordered from the menu not the four or five course choices and it was great value for the extremely quality of food. Our top choice in Lugano!

Lovely dining experience. Set 5 course menu. Recommend the white Ticino Merlot. Great service too. Not your usual swiss service . Our waiter Alessio was very attentive and also gave us more recommendations to continue the evening after the dinner.

Excellent set lunch menu. Bravo to the kitchen. The service was attentive, friendly and enthusiastic. A lovely lunch enjoyed by all. We’ll be back.
