Este restaurante es un poco difícil de encontrar. Está siguiendo el camino a Chiroulet, a las afueras de Campan, a unos 3 kilómetros, por esa carretera al Chiroulet justo antes de la iglesia. Pero merece la pena buscarle. La mayoría son clientes franceses. La comida está muy rica y es abundante. Lo que más nos gustó es el "garbure", una especie de potaje de col con un muslo de canard. Sólo el ambiente no es quizás muy refinado, sino que que es un sitio sencillo de pueblo. El servicio es rápido. Hay menú completo por 18 euros con tres entrantes, tres primeros y tres postres a elegir. También menú un poco más especial por 22 euros. Bebidas aparte, como en todos los menús franceses.

we went to discover this inn on a birthday .if you love local products it is very well.If you do not like the Iael ... or allergic to the Iael, to avoid, there are in many dishes .Since as we love the fish, you will have much less choice in the menus, to recommend to the lovers of rich cuisine, to the lovers of meat .petit flat; When you announce that it's for a birthday, you don't have a dessert with a decor, simple candles and a decorated plate would do the trick but no effort of decorating on dessert.

beautiful oil. or we learn that this dish is a speciality cooked in (at least) 4 departments land, the Atlantic Pyrenees, the higher Pyrenees, the gers and that served at the inn mini-quette is rather the gersoise version. with duck jam. A party! the owner of the place is adorable and ready to tell you a lot more about this recipe to discover absolutely. with a madiran, the evening is perfect

curiosity led us to this inn that was part of the heritage of the valley one evening of St. valentine, in addition it snowed. beautiful encounter, no chichis, superb products cooked with intelligence and a lot of taste. very good inn all the products are home is I recommend the special garbure of the chef foie gras homemade,the desserts are to fall.I loved this hostel very much with the road fire in couple or group its very nice. good service and chef very open to the discussion on these flats parking spot in the face in the middle of nature with a breathtaking landscape.

rdv taken to the executioner, we arrive at the hour with two gluys (well erect) the table is ready with everything you need. (rare) quick order, active service and delicious meals. reasonable addition. bravoparking in front with exhibition of local products. With children, avoid the terrace too close to the road.

we were thrilled to find auberge miniquette when on holiday in the opposite excellent eating and a warm welcome. We were particularly impressed by the vegetarian options among the diverse foods, as this is not so common in France.
