We have been to this restaurant many times over the past 8 years and it is a firm favourite. M and Mme Passoud have 2 wonderful vegetable gardens with fabulously regimented lettuces, etc and these are all used in the meals. Don't expect gourmet food, but do go for great, traditional french mountain meals - raclette, tartiflette, etc. If you have these as a set meal (includes a dessert), don't have a starter unless you have an enormous appetite! The water is served straight from the village spring across the road. Drink the house wine and you will have real value.
