The agreement we had booked was particularly attractive due to the price and since the restaurant had a Michelin star and 15.5 Gault Millau points, I was sure it would be okay. In the end, I was still surprised by the classic but nevertheless very harmonious and somehow timeless cuisine. Immigrant craftsmanship is natural here and the ingredients are of very good quality. Yesterday we stayed for the first time in the Star-Restaurant Auberge St Walfrid in Saargemünd (France). The restaurant is located directly on the Franco-German border of Saarbrücken in 15 minutes. A way forward: The restaurant is inside, like outside, exceptionally beautiful. For me the highlight of recent years. A true piece of jewellery and thus a visit value. During dinner we chose the small menu that was also used as an eye, as well as a pale mouse. The dishes were all perfectly cooked, lubricated and presented. Le repas était absolument remarquable : une cuisine savoureuse, maîtrisée et généreuse, que nous avons, mes amis et moi, tous énormément appréciée.
