Monday night from Ghisoni looking for a restaurant, we came across it. The hostel is located in a beautiful and spectacular gorge. A spacious atmosphere with enthusiastic and friendly service. Corsican farm cuisine, so a lot of meat and large portions. We had salad and peasant eggplant as a starter, and grilled lamb and pork. Then dessert, everything was good but as said a little too much!

simply excellent! already the location is beautiful, lost on this beautiful road. Once arrived and installed, the welcome is very user-friendly! The kitchen is really the highlight of this inn! from the entrance to the dessert it was absolutely sumptuous. and very hearty! short an address to be retained. Thank you very much!

Simply excellent! Already the location is magnificent, lost on this magnificent road. Once arrived and installed, the welcome is very friendly! The cuisine is really the strong point of this hostel!
