Nous y sommes arrivés en mobylette des années 80 louées à Bourg Argental et ce fût un choix très réfléchi à la vue des commentaires et nous ne l 'avons pas regretté. Un emplacement d 'exception, au calme avec une superbe vue sur le Rhône. Des plats excellents et très copieux. 3 Entrées au choix 3 plats au choix fromage dessert au choix pour 30 €. Ici on vous pose le plat de terrine complet et le flan aux oeufs en totalité sur la table et on vous dit servez vous comme vous voulez, vous pouvez tout finir si vous voulez . Endroit magnifique, propriétaires super-sympas, cuisine sans chichis mais raffinée avec de VRAIS produits locaux et une VRAIE cuisine maison !!! Nous nous sommes régalés d'un cannelloni de saumon au fromage blanc, aneth et miel de sapin, d'une gratinée de volaille à la fourme de Montbrison accompagnée de VRAIES frites maison, d'une faisselle, coulis de framboise et crème fraiche et les glaces artisanales, pour finir, sont à tomber !!! C'est perdu au milieu de nulle part, il faut connaitre mais çà vaut définitivement le détour.

We cycled over to look at the Chapel and then on to this Auberge as it had been recommended to us by friends. We were offered the local speciality which we accepted and were not disappointed. The local meats and cheese were delicious and the home made terrine. All this surrounded by beautiful countryside and views. Would definitely recommend to others if in this area.

We spent an excellent Sunday with family at the donkey green inn on the occasion of my daughter's years. Thanks for the welcome, simplicity and quality of your dishes (the tarte boudin apples has won a great success and what to say of the quenelle. a breathtaking view and many trails nearby to digest!
