I booked this restaurant for one night with my vegetarian friend. Although I am a carnivore, we were both delighted by a number of foods on offer. Deliberately chose two entrees and two nets, so we can mix and combine a variety of...courses and experience. I'm not a fan of egg plant, but the egg plant tomatoes and Ricota entree was very tasty and stand out for both of us. It was extraordinary. The millet head was also very good and tasty and a great meal for large eaters. The vegetarian kebabs are not so big compared. My meal, the 'home specialty', was tireless to end Bland and a slogan. It was basically a salad without dressing and a few pieces of undercooked eggplant in a tasteless gum-like cheese coat, and I found myself wondering what it is that I'm paying for here. The cook doesn't seem to understand at all.

We got a table on the quiet front patio. The food was so fresh making full use of seasonality, texture and color! The grünkern patties were really great! Unfortunately we were too full to order deserts. Also the beer selection wasn't typical fare, which is...refreshing in Germany.

This is a restaurant I visit when I'm in Fulda. The food is freshly cooked and tastes wonderful, the restaurant is small, but stylish and the staff are among the best you would find anywhere in the world. I know how I travel... a lot!

There was a Sunday with friends for a vegetarian buffet. Service and quality of served dishes was very good. Would go back.
