My wife and I have eaten in this restaurant 5 times in the past year. While we enjoyed our first 2 3 dining experiences, which kept us coming back, the cuisine is now simply amazing. The current menu degustation is incredibly innovative, combining rarely seen, fresh...herbs with outstanding local ingredients to deliver an exceptional gourmet experience. I normally don't try to compare restaurants, but we recently had an 8 course menu at one of Barcelona's Michelin 2 star restaurants, and our menu at Aubergine was every bit as good if not better at less than half price. This restaurant is for serious gourmets, and it's still a bargain.

We just popped in to grab lunch on our way out one day, and were very pleasantly surprised. We had eaten excellent breakfast here for a few days, but the lunch options were interesting, fresh, and well-done. The service was attentive and pleasant.
the very well matched 5-course menu was presented in a fantastic way. the weinbegleitung was consistent, the environment and the service added the excellent one-pressure. the whole thing was at an attractive price.
Unfortunately, the chef was not already 2 times ahead of place. we pay these prices to let us cook from him. I'm sorry, but otherwise it was very delicious and the service was very good.
the works of art by herrn moser are simple (or rather very refined) stunningly delicious. the service is very friendly and informative. the ambiente modern rather sober.
