Christmas 2020 – The Corona Year For years I have been preparing my finest organic Christmas goulash for Christmas. But then I read in the newspaper from Gans to go. To spend more time with the family and especially with the children on Christmas Eve, we used this offer and my husband picked up the food at noon on December 24, 2020. It was really excellent. I myself am an inspiring cook and mainly use regional and above all organic products. Since I was still allowed to grow up in a self-catering family and we had a huge garden planted with fruit and vegetables, I still have an extraordinary taste today. We prepare fresh food at home at least once a day, usually twice a day. Here is a muffin...
I ate here with my parents, husband, and young baby. There were few other customers and they were very accommodating with the baby. The service was fantastic with great wine recommendations. The food was fun, interesting, and delicious. They were very accommodating of dietary restrictions...with one gluten free and one vegetarian in the group. Aubergine is well deserving of the Michelin star and probably working on a second star. The only thing missing is that the ambiance is pleasant, but nothing unique. Be ready to spend quite a bit, but the experience was worth it.
we were in this hotel because we wanted to try out their 1 star restaurant and so we did. we both had the 5-course dinner and it was excellent and very creatiw and beautifully presented dishes. I had the wine package and it was good....Only surprised that white wine was served with the cheese. the personal had some problems explaining in English every court, but they tried their best.
you get exactly what you expect from a star restaurant: the best service you ever had and artful eating. every walk tastes and also dings that you don't eat (with me seafood) make here joy. really an extremely good restaurant, very pleasant also that the chef always shows himself in the restaurant in the evening.

as regulars we can only report positive about the kitchen and service.The eating is excellent. the wine recommendations of sommelière are top!The restaurant has earned the star more than!
Unfortunately, the chef was not already 2 times ahead of place. we pay these prices to let us cook from him. I'm sorry, but otherwise it was very delicious and the service was very good.
Very fine food and the star really deserves cooked. We'll be back, a very good evening. The wine tasting has promised us 85% at the 7 gear menu. The Aubergine is highly recommended.
