Aubergine Vegetarisches

We visited the 'Aubergine ' several years ago without a lasting impression. Now a second chance with the Schlemmerbuffet on Sundays. The price of 25.80 € per person is not exorbitantly high, but raises some expectations. Half of the buffet is only vegetarian and therefor uninteresting. What remained: a pumpkin soup, two types of salad (carrot coleslaw), some small trays with main dishes and grapes, pineapple, melon. The displayed desserts were all non-vegan, but they offered to get a vegan tiramisu from the kitchen. Anyway, amount of options is appropriate and we have to remember that we are in Fulda. I was there Sunday to the buffet (18,50€, service was very friendly and food was delicious. If I lived in Fulda, I would go here more often. It would be more beautiful if everything were vegan.

The restaurant is totally cute and cozy. There is a large selection of vegetarian and vegan dishes. The mushroom goulash and minced steak and tiramisu were just great.
