This charming little restaurant boasts a lively atmosphere and attentive staff. While the breakfast poutine was smaller than I anticipated, the Hollandaise sauce was delightful. Unfortunately, the hash brown underneath could have used a bit more flavor. On the other hand, the cheesecake-stuffed French toast was incredible, although it had less cheesecake filling than I expected—a thin layer was spread between the two slices of toast.
I should have taken some pictures, but we were so hungry and the food was too delicious to pause for a photo! The portions were generous and the flavors were incredible. The bacon was cooked just right, and we had two options for hash browns, both of which were excellent. The sourdough toast was a real treat! The staff were lively and managed the bustling atmosphere wonderfully. Overall, it’s a fantastic place!
I recently enjoyed the strawberry cheesecake crepe with French vanilla, and it was fantastic! The crepe was generously sized, cooked to perfection, and filled with delightful ingredients. The drink I chose was incredibly fresh and served steaming hot—it was delicious! I'm truly impressed and will definitely be ordering this again!

Aubree's is an outstanding restaurant! I've tried corned beef from many places in Canada and the USA, and my taste buds are still rejoicing. The seasoning was spot on, and everything was served piping hot. The addition of green onions truly enhanced the dish. I will definitely recommend this place and can't wait to go back!
I had a wonderful experience at this restaurant! The food was outstanding, and the service was speedy. It's a relaxed, homey spot with affordable prices. I would absolutely go back if I'm in Prince George again. Additionally, they provide coloring sheets and crayons, which makes it great for kids!
The food here is definitely one of my all-time favorites! I absolutely love indulging in a delectable sweet crepe filled with juicy strawberries, along with savory potatoes and eggs. I often order two dishes to share so I can explore more options, since the food is simply outstanding!
