Augustiner an der St. Martinskirche

I was often in the inn for lunch or dinner as the Bavarian cuisine and the service there is simply great and there are very tasty tasty tasty!But so bad and unfriendly I have never been served there sorry!1. I wasn't really noticed by the serving herrn, although he's seen me in the beer garden for a long time, I had to give an extra sign so that I could get the menu unharmed. actually it is of course that you bring at least the card to throw a look in or at least bring drinks! So it took time for my order to be received and then very unfriendly patty I have to say, but I thought I'd look okay about it first time....Bis2. after eating I wanted to pay naturally and another service came to my table also very unfriendly and of course not asked if everything was fit and very inattentive, which was not so for the other tables because I had the service in sight, there was very friendly and attentive service! it came to me funny and unprofessional because of course there was no drinking money because this service has upset me very much even though eating was fantastically delicious!3. I have observed how to deal with the bright-skinned types at the other tables and had to find out as in other host houses and restaurants in landshut, which here are dark or foreign types are undesirable what you are experiencing in the unfriendly and unobtrusive service and ton is unfortunately strongly noticed and noticeable!Something I haven't experienced anywhere and I was already eating and drinking in many Bavarian host houses! but so bad and unfriendly in the host house I have never been served!I am active in gastronomy so see daily guests from different nationals and cultures and unkindness or unattendance I cannot afford there! because a complaining is very bad and it can cost my job!Professionality must simply be given no matter what guests you have and where they come from! the customer is always king! Let me see if I will visit this host house again or not.Even if the service becomes better and friendly again and you feel welcome!This really beautiful day in the beer garden has made me seriously disappointed!

We visit the Augustiner an der St. Marinskirche a few times per month for the delicious food and great atmosphere. The weekly lunch menu has a great selection on offer at very reasonable prices for the quality of the food. In good weather they have a rear garden but we prefer to seat just outside across from the church and enjoy the outside atmosphere and watch Landshut go by. The Pork Knuckle with dumplings as well as their stuffed Duck with dumplings and red cabbage is my favourites, the beer is also very good. You really cannot make a bad choice. Friendly staff, prompt service and wonderful restaurant interiors with the feel of Bavaria! Enjoy!!!

we visited the beer garden in the early afternoon. some beautiful old trees that donate shadows, a not so appealing neighboring plot, which narrows the already simple impression. we had ordered half a haxe with potato clos and herb salad, as well as a leaf salad with pute. the haxe was great, crispy as she should be. the herb salad had already put some dry and no dressing. dry and inedible. the leaf salad with pute was unfortunately made of blurred leaves. barely dressing. inedible. perhaps the unfortunate day when the cook was shopping?

the tubel of the old city you can escape something if you settle in the summer at tables in free. especially on a Friday afternoon. a particularly impressive experience is the immediate vicinity of the Martinskirche, whose structural details can be admired by the faß (even the dark). the crust roasts and the cream-sweet were also really tasty.

right behind the martinskirche is this great house. perfect very friendly service, an extensive menu, fast service although all places were occupied and very tasty eating (ochsenbacken or spanferkel - both very recommended.) just a pity that we were here in landshut only on the way through. you have to get there more often.
