Went there spontaneously on a Saturday evening, and despite not having a reservation, the last table was easily prepared for the five of us. Reservation is recommended, the menu made a good impression. Of course a Cordon Bleu was ordered (rustic with bacon, onions and Appenzeller). The breading was nice and crispy and not full of fat, the chef knows his craft. The onions in the cordon bleu add a sweet note that complemented the smoky bacon perfectly. The size of the cordon bleu was decent, but the side order of fries was a bit too much. But the fries were nice and crispy. The only small point of criticism is that for my taste it could have been more cheese, and preferably a little more recent. The service was very friendly and competent, the boss is the good soul of the house and also knows how to joke a little. All in all a successful visit, I'll definitely be back.
