I went out for a girls' night with friends and ordered the QUATTRO STAGIONI pizza. Unfortunately, it turned out to be a poorly cooked, doughy disaster. I had to scrape it off the plate with a fork just to eat it. The toppings were far too heavy for the undercooked crust, and one of them tasted overwhelmingly salty—I'm guessing it was meant to be ham. It was probably the worst dish I've ever had at a restaurant. The waiter seemed very disinterested as well. I didn't want to voice my complaints, as I didn't want to offend my friend who recommended the place or ruin our night. On a positive note, the decor was nice, and the outdoor seating was enjoyable. The restaurant wasn’t particularly busy, yet we waited a long time before anyone took our order. I figured it might just be one of those slow days. When our pizza finally arrived, I was shocked to see that the slices were completely soggy, and there was an oily, watery substance pooling on the pan. It was really unappetizing. I even took pictures because I couldn’t believe how soggy it looked. I have no idea what that oily mixture was either. Perhaps it was just an off day, but it was very disappointing. However, our waiter was quite poor—there’s no other way to put it. Thankfully, one of the other waitresses noticed and came over to help us with water refills and to answer our questions. By 7 PM, I told the waitress we were interested in dessert (did I mention it was my birthday?). I looked at my watch at 7:20, and our waiter still hadn’t returned to our table. I even told my husband that I’d rather have a McDonald's McFlurry than wait any longer. Eventually, my husband managed to get the waiter’s attention, and we settled the bill and left. We've visited this restaurant a few times and have always had a pleasant experience. It's a cozy spot for a meal, and while the food is tasty, it's not particularly outstanding. Unfortunately, the service leaves much to be desired. We were moved from one server to another and felt largely ignored. Overall, it wasn't an ideal experience, and I don't feel compelled to return anytime soon.

I had a wonderful outdoor lunch today at Aumm Aumm. Although the sound from the highway is mostly just background noise, it creates a surprisingly pleasant atmosphere. The service was outstanding, and the food was delicious—my wine was great too! The Brownstone area looks like a charming community; I can definitely understand why people are drawn to live there. Food rating: 5/5.

I returned tonight and ordered the ribeye steak with a side of pasta and a glass of Pinot Noir. Unfortunately, the steak was overcooked in the microwave, so I only ate the center. To make matters worse, the second glass of wine tasted terrible—like it had gone off and was sour. I dine out frequently as I travel full-time, so I have a lot of experience with restaurants.

I highly recommend this restaurant! The Italian food is genuinely authentic! The service is excellent, and the entrées are fantastic. My husband and I are regulars and always order the margherita pizza, grilled octopus, spaghetti with sauce, and many other dishes.
