I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. The pretzels were burnt, and the overall cleanliness of the place left much to be desired. The staff was unfriendly, particularly one employee who was quite rude. I tried to use an online coupon, but he informed me that I could not, which made the coupon feel wasted. His tone and choice of words were disrespectful. I believe he should be dismissed immediately for his lack of customer service.
I was disappointed with my experience at the restaurant. There was only one register serving both sides, which made the wait frustrating. The glaze for my cinnamon pretzel bites tasted awful; it smelled like mop water and had a strange musty flavor. After eating them, my stomach started to hurt, and by the time I finished, my pretzel bites had gone cold. I tried calling the store for assistance, but no one answered.

I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. Unfortunately, the staff was quite unfriendly, and the cleanliness of the establishment left much to be desired. Communication was also difficult due to their limited command of English. I wouldn’t recommend dining here, as I don’t plan to return. If I could rate them zero stars, I would.
I really enjoyed the mini hotdogs wrapped in pretzel dough. The ladies were pleasant and friendly, but the men seemed a bit unfriendly. It's understandable, though, considering they’ve been on their feet all day.
The pretzel was dry and stale, with a burnt bottom. I tried calling to report it, but there was no answer. I won’t be returning.

"I am given a 3 star review because the food was pretty decent especially the French fries but me and my wife received no no napkins or utensils and I also asked for ranch for my 20 wings and they gave me blue cheese instead? I recommend their food if you want some good fries or some hot nuclear wings but yeah"
