The only reason why this review is getting 2 stars and not one is because I got 4x more than I paid for because I walked in closing time. Only one cup of pretzel bites were soft the rest were hard. The soft one was just okay. Had to throw the hard one out. They gave me 2 more plain pretzels for free but they were probably free because they were rock hard. The only reason why I’m not scolding them is because I was able to eat a cup at 8pm when logically they would also be stale at a service area this late at night. They shut the gates as soon as I walked away from the cashier
My boyfriend and I visited the restaurant on September 30th around 1:45 PM, and our experience was terrible. My boyfriend requested a cinnamon pretzel, but they refused to make it because they were "going on break." Instead, they suggested the chicken nuggets, claiming they were "the same thing," all while making slurs and derogatory remarks under their breath, like calling him "stupid." They laughed and smirked during the transaction. This behavior was extremely unprofessional, offensive, and inappropriate.
Bought cinnamon bites here and is the worst one i ever had. 5 or 6 bites on the top were good but the bottom ones were so dry and hard to chew i had to throw it away. I would never stop at this rest area and if i stop by chance i would never buy anything from here. I think they assume there are no repeated customers and don't care about the quality.
I've stopped here about 20 times while driving by, and they never have sweet almond pretzels available. It seems like the staff prefers chatting over preparing the food that's clearly listed on the menu. They did offer to make one for me, but I was looking for a quick stop, not to wait for a pretzel. Please improve this situation!

I asked for two pretzels. Instead of communicating they were out of pretzels, they just bagged two cups of pretzel bites and charged me $17. Didn’t even ask if that’s ok. Young man didn’t even ask for my card, just waited around like I was a mind reader (there was no self swipe machine). Use your words!
It took a little while for someone to come and take our order, but there was only one staff member managing two different restaurants simultaneously. However, the pretzels were fantastic!
Took a bit long to get a worker to take our order but they had only one girl manning two different restaurants at the same time. The pretzels were very good!!
Don’t bother. Tried to order cinnamon bites and cashier just yelled “NO CINNAMON” and rolled her eyes at me. Learned my lesson.
