Me and my boyfriend visited on 9/30 around 1:45PM and it was an AWFUL experience. My boyfriend asked for a cinnamon pretzel and the refused to make it because they were “going on break.” They offered the nuggets instead because “it’s the same thing” while saying slurs and derogatory remarks under their breath (i.e, “stupid” . They then laughed and smirked as he completed the transaction. Extremely unprofessional, offensive and inappropriate behavior.

Bought cinnamon bites here and is the worst one i ever had. 5 or 6 bites on the top were good but the bottom ones were so dry and hard to chew i had to throw it away. I would never stop at this rest area and if i stop by chance i would never buy anything from here. I think they assume there are no repeated customers and don't care about the quality.

I asked for two pretzels. Instead of communicating they were out of pretzels, they just bagged two cups of pretzel bites and charged me $17. Didn’t even ask if that’s ok. Young man didn’t even ask for my card, just waited around like I was a mind reader (there was no self swipe machine). Use your words!

Took a bit long to get a worker to take our order but they had only one girl manning two different restaurants at the same time. The pretzels were very good!!

Don’t bother. Tried to order cinnamon bites and cashier just yelled “NO CINNAMON” and rolled her eyes at me. Learned my lesson.
