Auntie Anne's - Reservar una mesa

I ordered on June 21st through the mobile app and apparently the ovens were down so I couldn't get my food. The manager called me and said that doordash would have to refund me but it wasn't a doordash order and I still haven't gotten my $25 back for the food I never got. I told her it wasn't a doordash order so there was nobody to give me my money but she said there was nothing she could do. Tried customer service but it's been a week and still, nothing has happened.

Got an order of Mini Dogs and Hot salsa cheese. I believe the cashier 's name was Sable and she was very patient with me while helping me get the app up and going for points. I 'm an old timer so these cellular apps are not something that I 'm used to but she explained that I could get coupons through the app and that the points add up very quickly. I like to stop by during my mall rounds so I will be coming back!

Ordered online at 5:15 order will be ready by 5:28 get there they decided to close 3 hours early , never gave me a refund just took my name and number told me they couldn’t do anything and the manager will call

Very rude people. Waited 20 minutes for fresh pretzels then they gave them out to someone else. Just so rude to us don’t go here in the mall.
