Auntie Anne's is so nostalgic for me! Every time I pass by I'm reminded of my childhood days. I used to love getting pretzels as a snack after a day of shopping at the local mall but they're just not as good as I remembered. Pricey for what you get and the flavor isn't there. Dry and overcooked. There are other places where you can grab tastier snacks in the mall. They recently rolled out a rewards app so you can earn points for a free pretzel and get a free pretzel on your birthday which is a plus. Otherwise there's not really much to it.
I went there right when they opened, hoping to order a large nugget, but they only had small ones available. I was told it would be an 8-minute wait for a large. I thought that was fine, but I suggested they could just pour the small nuggets into a larger cup. They told me that wasn't possible. I couldn't understand that—it's just transferring from one cup to another. It didn't make sense to me that I'd have to wait for something so simple! Overall, I had a frustrating experience with their customer service.
Went to store to get cinnamon pretzel bites. The cashier was waiting on other customers when I arrived and could be seen rolling her eyes as they asked about using a coupon. Went it was my turn to order I asked for a small size pretzel bite and was told they only had large. I asked if she could put some (of the severs large available and waiting) into a smaller cup (which she had done for the previous customer) and she said she couldn't that I would have to wait for them to make a new batch. I recently just purchased it was 8:30pm it was a few customers besides us. During the transition the employee a young girl named Angela. Her demeanor look like someone who had just died. Tried making small talk she just ignore us. When we ordered the pretzels she slammed the door case. Could have been a bad day but when it comes to work you should always be professional. If you keep that up your going to lose business.
I recently went to auntie Anne's in Newport Centre located in jersey city and ordered a mini cinnamon pretzel cup as well as a mini dog cup. And as my boyfriends and I are eating it, the tastes began to change and the food began to taste like cleaning products... I'm unsure what happened during the cooking process but this is unacceptable...
After a more than two year hiatus, the Auntie Anne’s Pretzel located in the Westfield mall is finally back. There really is no comparison between them and their competitors. Auntie Annie’s pretzels are absolutely superior! This location is also hiring. Definitely worth a visit if you’re ever in or near a mall.
My pretzel was not cooked all the way at arden mall and the mini hot dogs and the cheese was watery hurt my stomach and i paid over $30 for everyone to complain and not eat.
