they're not preparing food before it is ordered. I watched numerous people be told it'll just be 10 minutes. and it wasn't added to the order I paid for. 20 minutes later I had no pretzel. I would not waste my time again walking in that door

Refused to make my child a pretzel because they don 't wash their pans. My child has a dairy allergy and the butter touches all of the pans. Doesn 't sound like they wash their pans at all.
