This girl has the worst attitude, having bad day maybe? First started off with no smile (but who smile these days anymore right? and when I asked her if I could redeem 2 different coupons that i received on the phone on 2 different transactions and she said no, it 's every 2 hours , with my app opened on my phone and said 1 per transaction which I was going to do so I asked her are you sure? while showing my phone and she gave me the meanest look. So after I paid I told her she could 've tried to be little bit more nice and friendlier since she works in customer service field. I guess it 's hard to get that anywhere
I visited this place on Wednesday afternoon and ordered two pretzels: the almond crunch and the jalapeño variety. I used a BOGO coupon, so I only ended up paying $5 for both, which was an excellent deal! Since I’m not a fan of jalapeños or almonds, I handed the pretzels over to my friends, and they really enjoyed them! I prefer this location because the lines are much shorter compared to Wetzel's Pretzels. Additionally, the quality of the pretzels here is better, and they offer a wider selection, including both savory and sweet options!
I wasted my time, energy, and gas money traveling to this location only for them to give me terrible service. The man who was working on this fine Sunday evening on September 20, 2020 was incredibly rude. He was full of attitude. If you want to treat your customers like this, why do you even work here? And on top of all the attitude, I found a hair in my food? Disgusting. Didn't catch his name but I didn't like him or how he was treating not just me, but other customers. I loved this place so much, but time to switch to Wetzel's.
I don't always eat pretzels, but when I do, its Auntie Ann's salted pretzel.. :DThis is my favorite pretzel... but, PICK your pretzel, otherwise they will give u old and burnt pretzels. These are kids working the counter, what do you expect?I also get a dipping sauce with the pretzel , my favorite are the spicy cheese sauce and the cream cheese. The pretzel is big enough for two people, so share. I haven't tried their other pretzel varieties, I only go for the salted and on occasions the unsalted pretzel.

**** poor customer service. Don't advertise a deal for a free pretzel after $1 purchase, and then give me an attitude for using said deal. Manager on duty whom was a female is uninterested, rude, and complacent, she doesn't even know her promotions. Perhaps she needs to be replaced with someone more adequate at her job. The bait and switch is a turn-off, don't advertise a promo, and then deny it when used.
The manager doesn’t speak or understand English. Makes it complicated to communicate with him the employees are great and helpful as well as use full. Sunday on Father’s Day at 4 pm that manager didn’t help solve any issues I had with my order. he is illiterate and his customer service blows too... but thank you to the guy that helped me with my order
HEALTH ALART! Second time having a bad experience in this particular location stand inside Ontario mills, first was lukewarm not fresh pretzels...This time, the bottom is burnt ...ok...then half way eating through my pretzel dog I just realize 60% of the dough is UNCOOKED! Seriously?!! E. coli and Salmonella are serious health issues!!!
The staff really needs to speak up—none of us could hear what they were saying. When I inquired about which pretzels were included in the deal, I couldn't catch a word because the employee was speaking so quickly and quietly, so I ended up just giving up. Additionally, the strawberry lemonade had a strange soapy taste.
