I asked for two pretzels. Instead of communicating they were out of pretzels, they just bagged two cups of pretzel bites and charged me $17. Didn?t even ask if that?s ok. Young man didn?t even ask for my card, just waited around like I was a mind reader(there was no self swipe machine). Use your words!

Overwhelmed and rude cashier. Tried to double charge for things included in the meal. Didn't give a receipt.
