The kids who work here close the place whenever they feel like it. They had a sign up saying they open at 12pm and it’s 3pm and now and they out the sign right back up. After shopping I asked if I could purchase and the girl said they were closed. Get better workers who want to make money for you business
Showed up a hour after they were open. Upon arrival the place looked closed lights out and windows shut but you could see two employees inside rolling dough tried to ask a question about ordering. The employees asked for one minute. Waited 7 minutes before walking away not one employee tried to help me.
This morning, I had the pleasure of experiencing Auntie Anne's customer service! The staff displayed such kindness and friendliness that it left me feeling cheerful for the rest of the day. A special shoutout to their wonderful employee, Jessica!
Got the classic cinnamon sugar pretzel i got no sauce was so dry wasnt even warm and the pretzel dog was way overcooked definitely not the same quality when you see aunt annes in the malls and smell that freshness Reserva una mesa ahora
The pretzels are thin and stale. I visit every few years since they opened, hoping the quality has improved, but it never does. This is the only location where I’ve had a problem with their pretzels.
I had a fantastic experience at Auntie Anne's. The staff were prompt and attentive, and the food was delicious. I highly recommend this restaurant!
