The food was good. The customer service was TERRIBLE. Brittany was my server. At 11:50 am there were no pretzel dogs mini or regular. She was not friendly. I am guessing because I asked her to make some??? The Coke behind the counter was out. No trays were available. The customer service at Auntie Anne's is really disappointing. I won’t be returning. They were out of pretzels, and although someone said it would be ready in 5 minutes, I ended up waiting an additional 10 minutes with no one attending to me. The staff appeared to be more focused on relaxing than helping customers.
Customer service is ridiculous. I walk in no one is around. No pretzels are available. Now someone comes up say they can have some done in 5 mins. Wait another 10 mins and once again no one is around while the pretzel are cooking. They are all in theback messing around.
