The quality of the food can be inconsistent. The service and overall availability of dishes could definitely improve, as it appears that they only start preparing items once they completely run out. This is understandable during busy times, but it's essential for someone to be preparing food simultaneously. I realize this might seem a bit harsh to expect, given the nature of the food service industry, but it has been a recurring issue here that I've not encountered at other locations.

I've visited this restaurant many times over the years, and I can honestly say I've never had a negative experience. The food consistently meets my expectations, and the service is usually quite good. Plus, if you're bringing your kids to the play area in the mall, this place is conveniently located right next door, which is a nice perk.
Went to get my son a pretzel dog and all i had was a $100.00 bill, they cashier says "sorry we dont except 100.00 bill! FOR REAL! He said that is what his manger said when i asked for the manager he said he was gone for the day. This makes NO sense! Thanks now you can explain that to my upset 2 year old! Reserva una mesa ahora
I just got 3 orders of mini pretzel dogs which were delicious, but there were only 8 in each cup when there were supposed to be 10 in each cup! I've tried calling the listed number several times with no answer. I feel ripped off
Apparently the manager here only sells large containers of pretzel bites. When I asked for a small was told , I am only selling large ones today. I guess no sale is better for his business.
Very nice, very friendly and they always had fresh pretzels out. i recemend going here!!!!
