Exercise caution when ordering online or through the app. The owner or staff may refuse to fulfill your order, despite having a receipt. Their attitude is extremely rude. It feels like they are happy to take your money but show no respect, not even offering a simple greeting. Unfortunately, Auntie Anne's corporate office is unable to assist with refunds since it's a franchise. I ended up losing $54 at this location.
I tried the pretzels on three different occasions, but each time they were either lacking in cinnamon, slightly burnt, or very hard to chew. I wouldn’t recommend going out of your way to eat here if you're craving Auntie Anne's pretzels.
Was rather dry. Needed two honey mustards with the pretzel bites and one of the pig in the blanket was missing the pig so it was an empty roll. 😔
