I celebrated my birthday there with 85 people. The location was great. There was enough space outside and in the tent for everyone and you felt very comfortable. Pre-planning with the owners, their organization and service were excellent. The staff was very attentive and friendly, the food was super delicious! All guests and I were thrilled. I wouldn't have had a better birthday party. I can recommend Waldruhe for smaller and larger events.
Es wäre so schön gewesen doch leider wieder ein Ausflugslokal weniger. Die Modeerscheinung Event Lokal hat auch hier zugeschlagen. Gemütlich nach einem Spaziergang oder einer Wanderung etwas entspannen, etwas gegen den Durst oder Hunger Fehlanzeige. Nur noch für Feierlichkeiten und für geschlossene Gesellschaften. Bin gespannt, wie lange sich die neuen Pächter halten können.
Wir waren wiederholt zum Essen in diesem Lokal. Während des Sommerurlaubes der Waldesruh konnten wir natürlich das Ambiente nicht geniessen. Wir sind immer wieder begeistert von der Zuvorkommenheit des Services. Zur Qualität der angebotenen Speisen muss ich mich nicht wiederholen. Für uns ist die Waldesruh immer einen Besuch wert.

We ate the lapel steak with pepper sauce, roast potatoes and salad. It was both visually and tastefully excellent. Soft and delicious. It's harder. Very friendly service. Only low waiting time. At any time worth a visit.
Have celebrated our wedding there I can only say so much it was a dream food was great, service was great and everything else there was really nothing to put out. Mega nice people
