Guilty I love Indian food, and I go often in this little restaurant just next to Notre Dame church in Pontoise. The staff is real nice and caring, the place itself is not very big but has its charm. The quality of food is good and constant I know that has I go often there. The menus are not expensive at all 20€ and 24€ for the "normal" ones there is one more expensive for 2 people but the quantity of food is far too much for little me. The quality of food is good ; I know and it feels "fresh", the nan breads are just so good, the onion badjee, the vegetables samosa etc ...miam. The Indian restaurants do not have the reputation to have thrilling desserts so forget about it apart from few ice...
with a group of people from the company. great place, we had a nice meal, personal was friendly and for a great price. the place is not too big, this day was crumbling, but a good environment without all the characteristic noise of restaurants. I will come back, or I will order from hotel. Yes, they can take meals in hotels, or they can also take home. try the Indian beer, kingfisher!

Great food and superb service. Even if you do not speak French, the host makes every possible effort to help. Very reasonably priced. If you are around, I would encourage you to try it.

Having lived in France for nearly 10 years and eaten in quite a few Indian restaurants (run by either Sri Lankans or Pakistanis) it was refreshing to
very nice outing. we enjoyed a vegetarian meal with very friendly and accomodating service. we are full and happy.
