Pour un dîner en déplacement professionnel je demande au patron un table en solo. La seule disponible est en terrasse mais il commence à faire un peu frais. Je demande s'il peut réserver ma table pour m'habiller un peu plus chaudement à l'hôtel. Ce dernier répond par l'affirmative, ce qu'il a fait : merci. Le Welsh était très bon et les frites parfaitement cuites. Les assiettes des voisins : carbonnades... Étaient très belles et ont été englouties. Patron très avenant.

Excellent, hearty, varied cuisine for all tastes. Fresh products. Top management, very friendly and attentive to customers without restraint.
