I absolutely love the bubble tea, but unfortunately, the customer service leaves a lot to be desired. The screen was facing me, so I mistakenly thought I was placing my order at a kiosk. While a staff member was preparing the boba, he shouted from a distance, “You’re not supposed to touch that,” but I couldn’t hear him because of the blender noise. He raised his voice even more, yelling, “Don’t touch that!” I felt so embarrassed and humiliated in front of the other two customers. It would have been much better if he had come over to politely inform me instead. If this is how you treat your customers, I don’t see your business thriving in the long run.
This place was a bit overwhelming at first. There were tons of signs with different drink options which meant there were so many flavors to choose from and the signs didn’t really say what the drinks were. We asked the employees lots of questions and they were super helpful and kind. It all ended up working out because we all got what we wanted. Definitely will be easier next time. Also it was nice that all of their drinks are decaf (except the ones with coffee). Overall I would highly recommend this place.
This is my favorite boba shop I've ever visited, and I would come here every week if I lived nearby! My mom and I were just in town and enjoyed our time here. The customer service is excellent, and the menu offers a fantastic variety of options. Everything I've tried has been delicious. The atmosphere is relaxed and not overly crowded, making it a perfect spot for boba. My favorite drink is the chocolate mint! Food rating: 5/5.
This place offers great variety of desserts from waffles crepes to shakes drinks. I did try the mix chocolate waffle, the waffle stick, the jar molten brownie fettuccine chocolate too. It's the perfect amount of sweet really delicious too. The ambiance of this place is family-friendly, so the staff is very polite. There are various ice creams too to taste. Overall totally worth it in Chicagoland. Recommend it 100

Always love popping in here while bike riding at Linne Woods across the street. Wide variety of bubble tea flavors. I love the strawberry watermelon or blue raspberry. The staff is friendly and chill. Nice place to hang out for a little bit. They have other snack foods also.Food: 5/5
This is a great place to unwind with some bubble tea. It might be a bit far for those in Chicago, but if you're up for an adventure, I definitely recommend it. The venue is quite small, which is why I deducted a star, but the flavors are always fantastic. Food: 5/5.
Great service. Good choices. However, no clear difference between hybrid and avalanche. Also tapioca has dehydrated and frozen, which takes away the whole bubble tea experience.

Taste like powder, tapioca could be softer. No brown sugar or oolong tea…over all limited menu but decently priced.
