We had booked in advance through open table but it was an exceptionally quiet evening so perhaps booking was unnecessary however we were advised this would guarantee a table on busier days Whilst the food was good the menu did not reflect what had been advertised online I was looking forward to risotto and Tuscan fish stew but the menu seemed to be condensed and simplified fir easy to order The overall experience was ok however the staff mostly young students as the restaurant was quiet stood around on mobile phones I’m not complaining about our service which was attentive but staff on mobile phones doesn’t look very professional there also did seem to be an owner or senior manager in attend...

My visit to Avanti in October 2023 was a bit of a mixed bag. The food was undeniably fantastic. There was 6 of us in our party, we all had three courses, and couldn’t fault any of the dishes. However, I can't overlook the service issues we encountered. The staff appeared inexperienced and had a rude attitude. When we had a problem with the bill, what seemed to be the manager's handling of the situation was far from ideal. Their attitude was abrasive and standoffish. In short, Avanti's food is top-notch, but there's a lot of room for improvement in the service department, especially when it comes to addressing customer concerns.

Did not book went for a lovely evening meal. They had no trouble accommodating us, despite being well booked for the Saturday evening service. It’s Abarbistro, and as such drinkers, mostly quite young, were also present, but they didn’t really cause any problem. In fact, they’re quite entertaining to watch and listen to! The food was served quickly and was tasty and well presented. The service from the young, waiting on staff was exemplary. Really enjoyed visiting and the surroundings which were bright modern and clean. Our food was tasty and generous in proportions considering the price in the £15-£20 range.

This is a hidden gem and made a nice change from the pub food that we'd eaten on our trip. The food was delicious and there was a varied selection. The stand out about this restaurant was the staff. They were all so attentive, polite and friendly and they really made the meal special for us. Reserva una mesa ahora

Lovely meal this evening, fab pasta, great service and plenty on the menu for vegetarians not labelled as such, but the mozzarella on the pizzas is vegetarian) plus plenty of other options. Lovely trio of Spanish desserts. Highly recommend and look forward to visiting again.

Lively spot with a good choice of food. Our dinner was delicious: pasta with king prawns and chorizo and a seafood pasta. Excellent wine and beer. The service was quick and friendly. Wish it was a little closer to home, we'd be regulars!

Had a lovely tapas lunch. Very impressed with the food, staff and care and attention. The courtyard was beautiful but we ate inside because our dog was a little hot. Great food and service.

Excellent customer service, staff were very attentive. Plenty of gluten free options lots of choice on the menu. Very nice setting too.

Found this next door to where we we're staying, lovely food, great outdoor courtyard and excellent staff. Would recommend.
