A&W - Reservar una mesa

We have been coming to A&W every single Saturday for almost a year now. Over that time the service and atmosphere has gotten increasingly worse. First the food took forever, then service started to wane over the last few months. Cashiers and workers could not handle the simplest of questions. They would let the homeless come in and bother customers. Last week it was sub zero temperatures outside but the heat was not even on inside!! When I mentioned this to the worker they just mumbled something in another language and didn't seem to care at all. I had an infant and there wasn't any heat! We went through the drive-through. The cashier/server was very pleasant but didn’t like that we had to wait away from the window to get our order. Even though we waited to get our order, the burger and fries got cold so fast. I ordered my favourite Mozza Burger but I didn't even taste any flavour when eating them cause it got cold so fast.Aside from waiting and the cold food, everything else was good.

The manager himself takes order and speaks too politely and always serve fresh food . I think so this manager has taken a&w to another level . Good

I enjoyed the new Nashville hot chicken burger! I’m always getting the teen burg and I was glad I tried something new ???
