I had a disappointing experience at the Village Mall location in St. John's, NL. The service was lacking, with an unfriendly woman at the counter. The food was cold, and the soda was warm. When I complained about the cold fries, she simply tossed them in the trash. The burger was overcooked, dry, and poorly assembled. I will never order from this location again.
This location in the village mall is incredibly unsanitary. While waiting at the counter, I saw the staff member in the back grab handfuls of fries with his bare hands and pack them into the fry bag. The woman at the counter was very polite when I mentioned it and kindly brought me fresh fries, but after this experience, I will not be returning.
The food was fresh, and the onion rings were the best I've ever had! I also tried root beer for the first time (still undecided about that). Overall, for a fast food place, it was fresh and delicious!

The food was good; I ordered some onion rings and unfortunately found two hairs in them. However, the staff was very nice and relaxed about it and gave me a refund.
A good A&W experience, food is always fresh and staff is pleasant. Wait times can be a bit long, especially during the lunch rush.
