Very poor customer service. My daughter wanted to try their kids meal, it was suppose to come with a burger, drink, side, and also a snack bar. When she finished her meal, we realized that we didn 't get a snack bar so I went back to the counter to ask. The response was we don 't have any , and then when I asked whether there was anything that I could get instead, the answer was no . So they actually basically scammed me by charging me full price while knowingly giving me less than what I paid for, and they didn 't tell me. Very disgusting that i placed an order for 4 cheese and egg and they put them on hamburger buns and not English muffins. And i also placed an order for 4 French fries that had been only cooked half way. Asked for salt and they had been looking for. One girl kept touching her hair then face, Etc. Then she was handling food and not washing her hands. Glad she did not touch my food. But for this to happen it cost me so much then had to put it in the garbage the fries. To the owner, Yes I do have a Title and looks like Canada is getting worse with fast food. Cheers.!

A&W is a great dining option that my family enjoys. Unlike McDonald's and Wendy's, where prices can be high for mediocre food, A&W offers a satisfying meal at a more reasonable price.

I ordered a spicy habanero chicken but received a regular chicken instead, and it was terrible, to say the least. I would not recommend dining at this restaurant.
