A&w Canada - Reserva de mesa

It appears that the quality of staff recently hired has noticeably decreased. As a result, the food, service, and overall atmosphere have all suffered. I've been a loyal customer of A&W since the days when you would turn on your headlights to get served. Sadly, I believe that both the atmosphere and the overall experience at A&W have significantly deteriorated. That said, everyone is entitled to their own opinion!

I had a fantastic experience with the customer service! The staff was extremely friendly and attentive. Despite the restaurant being busy, the food was delivered quickly and was absolutely delicious! I was genuinely impressed by the teamwork among the staff. It made me realize why I haven't been coming here for my breakfast and coffee sooner!

I felt completely overlooked during my visit. I had to wave my hands just to get someone’s attention. When I finally did, I was told that their strawberry frozen lemonade doesn’t taste like lemonade because the machine was broken. It would have been considerate if they had informed customers about this issue before they ordered that item.

The food at this restaurant is outstanding, and the service is usually fast. However, I had to wait almost 10 minutes for two buddy burgers today, which was longer than I expected. Apart from that, I highly recommend this place; their burgers are simply amazing! Reserva una mesa ahora

The burgers were delightful, and I especially loved the new frozen root beer. Unfortunately, I was let down by the onion rings; they were undercooked inside, and the batter was overcooked and falling apart.
