While placing my order, the manager chose to interrupt both myself and the cashier for the sole purpose of rudely correcting the cashier's provision of ketchup to the customer prior to me.The manager literally interrupted the customer and the cashier, for no other purpose than to berate their subordinate. This type of management is atrocious to work for in my experience, and I would certainly assume they improperly handle other discipline among staff or even customer experiences, based on how unaware they were regarding their patrons as well as the demeaning language used on their employees.The food was fine.

Probably one of the more expensive fast food chains in Canada but the food is always hot and fresh. I don't mind paying a bit more for a better product. The beyond meat burger was hot and juicy and the chubby chicken was delicious as always. Some of the best onion rings on the planet. I love the apple pies but don't have them as often because they are made to order which is great but don't always have the 15-20 minutes to wait.

I get that a customer service job is difficult sometimes and you won’t always get the best experience… I find that the employees there are only kind to you when you tip them. If you don’t give a tip, you don’t get any condiments in the bag (drive thru) and they won’t do any special requests you ask them to do. You’ll be missing a straw, a fork lol Btw- I go there once a month.

I had food issues I talked with manager in the morning . He was so stupid didn’t even understand my order and didn’t even try to understand. He was so rude . One white girl was sitting on the counter top laughing and enjoying when manager was trying humiliating. I wish I can report the whole scenario to head office about the service I got .

Will not be returning at this location ever again, french were wet and soggy. Ordered 2 double mozzarella burgers, onion rings and French fries. I live less then 5 minutes away and got fries for my son and they were gross.

The employee was working at the front counter and drive thru herself and had one cook. She handled everything very well, with a smile.Great worker Great Atmosphere Great Food.

I door dash a burger and get nothing but lettuce and patty, absolutely no bun. idk what the hell you guys are doing but ur incompetent. Left a photo you guys are useless.
